Foundation Academy now processes all transcript and records requests exclusively through Parchment — a secure, online service that allows you to order, track, and send official transcripts electronically.

To request your Foundation Academy transcript or academic records, visit Parchment. Once you create an account, you can easily send your transcript to colleges, universities, or other organizations that require official documentation.

All requests must be submitted through Parchment. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing during peak periods.
